This was the best episode so far and that’s saying a lot because every episode is fantastic. I have always wondered why Veronica never pursued her rape case. Wouldn’t she want to get revenge on the person who cost her so much harm? Was she scared to finally witness the truth? Was she scared of what she would find? Did she have anything to go on? Now, she does. She learnt of the GHB at Shelly Pomroy’s party and decided it was time to take the rapist down. Finally, we know.

          Everyone at that party was a selfish pig (except Meg). I love Meg. I’m not going to recap the night, but I will say that Veronica was drugged. The glass Veronica received was for Madison. Dick was going to drug her in order to sleep with her. Madison spit in the cup and gave it to Veronica. That cup was Madison’s. One thing leads to another and Veronica finds herself in a bedroom. Supposedly, Duncan and Veronica had consensual sex, but both promised to keep it a secret. At that point in time, Duncan knew Veronica was his sister and felt disgusted for sleeping with her. Celeste had told her son the truth so he can stay away from Veronica. I just thought that that was a beautiful way to end that story. In many ways, the outcome was much more dramatic. The scene at the front door when Veronica was crying was powerful. Kristen Bell was just amazing in those scenes. She truly has surprised me as an actress. I hope we see more of her. I know my friend Billie Doux has already commented on this, but I’ll say it for my readers. I loved seeing all the past characters we’ve met return to give their testimonies. Each one had no excuse to leave Veronica alone in that bedroom. I thought Carrie liked Veronica. Why was she sounding so snappy when Veronica was asking her questions? I hate Cassidy. He’s such a wimp. I hate Dick as well, but Dick is funny. He’ll always make you crack a smile.

          The birthday party was a complete blast. Veronica and Logan are making out and they hear a “Surprise!.” Logan’s friends have come to celebrate his make-up birthday party thrown by his father. That was embarrassing. Everyone was just staring at them. Dick had the nerve to insult Veronica when he whispered in Logan’s ear. I was just glad that Veronica ran over his surfboard. He gave her what she wanted, but she didn’t dare let him have the satisfaction of walking away unharmed. I was glad that Logan stood up for Veronica, while he actually called her “my girlfriend.” Finally, Veronica is feeling the love. Kristin from E! Online has called the couple LoVe. Get it? Veronica has once again called a rain check on Logan’s plans (The first time was on the boat). When will she learn? Guys don’t wait around forever.

          Lianne is back, just when Alicia was going to reconcile with Keith. I couldn’t care less about Lianne. I want Alicia. I hope Keith leaves Veronica’s mother. If that doesn’t happen, I just really hope she got over her drinking problem. It means a lot to Veronica. I just want Veronica to be happy.

-          The 09ers are truly despicable. I felt so bad for Veronica.

-          Cheyenne was a hooker who was with Abel Koontz at the time of the murder. We have a clear witness.

-          Veronica was in the Echolls house when she was in the room filled with cameras. Are those Logan’s?

-          Aaron doesn’t know his son’s birthday. Can you imagine you father not knowing your birthday?

Awesome episode. The finale is next week and I’m sure it will rock. 5 stars
