Troy is gone. Veronica is all for me now. I just love her. She suspects everyone and has sympathy for no one. I don’t think Veronica really wants her mother back. I think she wants closure. She wants to know why her mother ran. Why did she abandon them? I think those pics in the safe have something to do with it. I am intrigued and confused. Love it.

I knew there was more to Troy. He was always much more than a cocky high school student. He’s been caught for drug possession and trafficking. I for one am glad. Veronica was too smart to fall for his trap. Furthermore, the episode gave us clues that Troy was not what he seemed. He was calm throughout the story. He said he was being sent to Catholic school. No one gets sent to Catholic school for screwing up once. Can you imagine an 09er being taught by a nun? Now that’s a great idea for a tv show. Are all these kids involved with drugs? Luke is providing steroids to some heavyweight champion wannabe, Logan knows about it, and Troy steals it to run from home. These guys are screwed up. Who is going to be Veronica’s new love interest? It should be Logan, just to shake things up a bit.

Veronica shocked me. In the flashbacks, Veronica refused to follow her mother and stay with the hero, her father. This week, Veronica seems determined to find her mother. She really blew it with her father. Why can’t she accept her father for who he is? He doesn’t want to see Lianne again. Who can blame him? She ran away from her family. He wants to move on. He even told Veronica that he was waking up with a smile in the morning. He was happy again. Rebecca James is a perfect match for him. She’s kind, sensitive to Veronica’s feelings and can cook. Sounds perfect to me. I think that Veronica is somehow connected to this mystery. Why was she being photographed and targeted? Is that why Lianne tried to get her out of school early? Is Veronica in trouble? Did all of you notice Lianne’s face when Veronica mentioned that her new boyfriend was Duncan? There’s something going on.

The Lilly Kane Files

-          Veronica found pictures of herself in a safe. She was being targeted. Was Lianne getting threatened?

-          (Flashbacks) Lianne tried to get her daughter out of school early. When she found out her daughter was dating Duncan, her face changed.

-          Lianne called Veronica on her cell phone. Veronica didn’t hear the phone ring. Lianne said that everything would make sense one day.

-          Was it right for Rebecca to see that Veronica works with her father as a private investigator?

-          I wish we saw Shauna. Can you imagine her and Veronica together?

-          I cannot believe Veronica missed the only phone call her mother left her. Is this what they call fate? Was Veronica not supposed to get that call?

-          Does Weevil know everyone? How many family members does he have?

-          Loved the candle in the form of a question mark. I should get my mom one of those.

Loved the episode. We finally saw the last of Troy. Veronica is mine again. It raised a lot of question marks. 4 out of 5 stars.
